VBMS was started by Vicki Bernard, a 25 year veteran of the Thoroughbred Industry and resident of Aiken, South Carolina.

Vicki teamed up with her brother Jonathan Tessler, a Graphic Designer and Creative Director from NYC, to start VBMS in early 2004.

Jonathan acts as VBMS's overall Creative Director.
